I totally want to know the ethnic background of this girl that I saw at the government agency today. She is sittin' next to me and I noticed she marked "Asian/Pacific Islander" on the survery anyway tho I know for sure she is 100% not asian. I swear she has a long brown blondish hair and green eyes whitish tanned skin and she does not have that common asian eyes. She was holding a green foreign passport that says "PILPINAS PASAPORTE" and her last name is Casillas. I memorized it lol but I wonder where on earth did she come from? maybe Mexico because the pasaporte word sounds spanish to me What country is that? I'm suppose to ask her but she wasn't talking in english with her companion i guess anyway I'll wait for answers.

Spanish is the third or fourth most common language in the -world-. Just because something -looks- Spanish doesn't mean it's from Mexico. Either way, Pilipinas is the Philipines.

The Philippines have a lot of Spanish in their ancestry; hence the Hispanic surname.
