Yeah, the Ramones. Joey could actually sing a little bit and their music had a little bit of a melody in there somewhere if you listened real close (I swear it). I would categorize the Sex Pistols music under "angry noise".

I say the Sex Pistols because they're are old school, their sound is way better, and they have extreme history.
