Yes, I suppose. Just a ring though, nothing like those nipple plates or whatever they're called. A little ring is alright.

I think it is ugly , but I'm not against piercing anything else on a dude. Maybe a labrea would be cuter.

Nope. nipples on men are not erotic because men do not have breasts for nursing purposes. It's just weired and unnecessary.
