This can only be done if you are on a network. If it's a freebie online account or an account through your DSL, it can't be done.

You need to specify which email program you are using. If it's free email, you cannot retrieve the emails at all if you've trashed them. If it's Outlook Express, you can download a program from download.com that will "restore" all lost data from that program.

I think there is no way to retrive if you are using web mail . And if you have popup mail and u set it up to save all mail at your local pc then it has a copy at your local pc as well at mail server also . But if now and if you delete and empty trash u lost them forever .if u have no backup of those .-:)
