I think the importance level of each of these changes throughout anyone's life. I think family will be more important to me later in life since I hear your kids are the most important thing in the world (or should be) Right now I'm in love and getting married so that is #1.

I think you have to have a balance.

that is connection , family only is not enought,

family and business, it can help but but is no enought

that is esencial in life.
