I just self-pierced my nose,How long before I can Change the ring, & What are the Cleaning/care instructions?

I did this myself about 4 weeks ago, And I am still not sure on anything about it, Seems to be doing good, But when will it be "Healed" And When can I change it?

Self-piercings are not healthy.. it may not be infected now.. but eventually it probably will be, you should of had a professional to do it unless your cheap.

I've had my nose pierced for about six years now, and you should get some bactine and clean it twice a day, forever. It's healed after about six weeks, then you can change it...but I can't seem to leave mine out of my nose for more than a couple of hours before it starts to hurt when I put it back in.

You should never pierce yourself unless you are certified. You could have hit a nerve and your face could have stayed in a weird expression until surgery. Use Peroxide or go to Claires for jewlery cleaning products,and piercing cleaners. You should at least wait a few weeks until removing the stud. Did you use a stud? If not you got real lucky.

i got my nose pierced by a earring gun. they didn't tell me how to care for it or anything and this was done in a clothing store. i waited about 2 weeks and took the back off of it and changed it. i don't wear a back on it because it's hard to get off. i would wait about 2 weeks then change it. just clean it with peroxide about 4 times or more a day.

you can change it already i did the same day just always clean the rings with alcohol thats all it should be fine
