Both. They are so good. They find people that really have talent and they get good people out of it like kelly clarkson, carrie underwood and now taylor Hicks, soul patrol rocks. Now with so you think you can dance, they take people with dancing talent and they find really good dancers that america has to offer. I really love both shows and I watch them everytime they are on.

American Idol, it's funnier to watch people suck at singing than sucking at dancing. And dancing is MORE of an opinion than singing is. Singing can be decided by one's tone deafness. Dancing is decided by one's flexibility.
