I am trying to figure out exactly how Michael Daniel Crump died. He was 19 yrs old. From what i hear he was car surfing after a party. He was mentiond dead on July 5th 2006 in a near by hospital. If anyone has any information please email me back.

Why not go to the Hot Springs local paper web site and read about it. If you know hjis home town try that newspaper obit section.
I beleive what you will learn is Michael was acting stupid and fell from a moving vehicle and suffered brain damage so severe he died. That's just a wild guess on my part but the sketchy details given sure point that direction!

Hey. My Mum is Michael's God Mother, making me his...God Sister I guess? Well yeah...I grew up with him...
Anyway...the Crump's were known for their 4th of July parties, and Michael carried on that tradition.
Around 3 am July 5th he was showing people their way home. They didnt know the road at night. The driver was sober, and why they let a drunk Michael Crump stay on top of their car while it was moving, I have no idea.
He slipped off on a curve, hit his head, and was proclaimed dead later at the hospital.
Does that answer it? Hope so.
It was stupid, but thats what alcohol does to you.

the news around here is that he was showing his friends how to get out of his place back to the highway to go home after his party and he got on top of the car and then fell off and hit his head and died. the driver has been charged.
