Once I thought of a dreamhouse with a room as big as a basketball court in which I could rollerskate. I actually walked into such a place about six years later and was dumbfounded.

I would think myself back to school and teach myself how to think rationally and responsably along with and along the lines of the thoughts of the greatest manafest thought minds of the history of the world. Like Galielleo and Michangelo and Copernicus and Newton... Descartes and Nietzsche... all of them. To have an ability like that, it would most certainly have to be properly trained to become usefull. Otherwise there would be Unicorns and Giant yellow Birds with sneakers on running around picking kumquats off cherry trees...It would be maddness...maddness I tell you! LOL...
Gawd...can you imagine a world with instant thought manefestation? Geeze, it would only last about 1/10 of a second before the morons blew us all up!

Thoughts are creative and does have the power of manifestation sooner or later, so one should be careful to only allow good positive thoughts to reside in his mind.
Your past thoughts have created your present reality, and the thoughts that you're thinking today is busy creating your future...so do think good healthy, happy,loving, successful and prosperous thoughts --- it's in your own best interests.
