I suggest v neck tops and a good maximiser bra that will give you the look that you have more than you do. You probably don't look as bad as you think you do. May if you are really upset bout the size talk to a doctor to get some female hormones they can add in development. And stress less, You are beautiful!

Your body shape sounds just fine. You're 20 years old.. as time goes on, you're going to find that things will still continue to change. In the meantime, somehow being concerned about this seems .. trivial. None the less, it is a concern. :)
There was a show called 'what not to wear.' Ever hear of it, or see it? They put a book out.. and I have heard they're restarted (or already have restarted) the show. Here's a link..

a b cup for your body size is normal, though your chest may be rather large around. short of surgery, there isnt much you can do about that. im extra small (and have no boobs, so filling out a short is a problem.) and have been sewing my shirts up the sides for years. try buying larger shirt, and have a friend pin it so it forms to your body shape, then stitch along the seams. if your clothes fit, no one will notice if your a different size than most, and sewing them will get easier as you learn the shape, now i dont even need to pin it, i just know the general shape to sew.
