1) I just started a company on my own and I went through a service to establish a LLC (Limited Liability Corporation). LLC is a business structure. I don't know what kind of business structure you have in mind. I cannot comment on which one is the best though because it really depends on you. You may want to talk to your attorney about this.
2) Create an internet company would require you to find a web hosting service, register for a domain name, and build your web page.
3) As far as making money goes, have you done enough marketing research to see how much competitions you will be facing? The process of establishing a company legally and that of building a web page are relatively easy comparing to the process of making money. Have you thought about how to advertise your company. Do you know what you need to do to get your business? If you haven't done enough "homework" on your own just start a company blindly thinking that you have brilliant idea, if your idea is not what the market wants, you are not going to make any money at all.

You don't say how much money you think you'll need. Many people I know work at regular jobs and save money to start their businesses. Setting up a web page is relatively cheap. Programming can get to be expensive, depending on what you need to have done and how exacting you are about the results.
You may be able to borrow money from family or friends, but I don't recommend it. The only exception would be if you're keeping your "day job" and are ready to repay the money from your regular wages until your Internet business starts to generate income.
And despite what you hear about "sudden riches" and "millions of hits," it takes most businesses a long time to generate any income at all. How profitable your business will be depends a great deal on the business model and whether you're promoting a "me too" product or service or are providing something unique and compelling.
Sometimes you can "work a deal" with a web designer who is just starting to build their portfolio. You promote their business on your web site and allow them to use it as part of their portfolio and they may give you a discount on services. Or you may find a student who is willing to work on your web site for a project or to practice what they're learning.
Good luck with your business idea.

First stop would be Joomla.org. It's a free content management system build on PHP and MySQL. It also uses CSS and HTML. It's infinitely better than WordPress and the other free options.
Next, find an inexpensive web host that has good customer support. Siteground does all the web pages I administer, and they have Fantastico, a tool to preinstall Joomla and maybe 30 other web packages including shopping carts, galleries and bulletin boards.
Last, find a profitable item to sell. Stay clear of service-oriented web businesses, as the business models are weak at best.

I hate to say this, but if you are posting a question like that up here 9 times out of 10 youre company wont succeed. What I mean by that is that if you dont know HTML, how to write scripts and all that good stuff nor do you know where to go to get hosting and domain service youre in bad shape. I suggest you either hire somebody to build and manage youre website or you learn it on youre own. If you are interested in taking a step and learing some of the key essentials in building a multi-template buisness website shoot me an email.
