If one little kid hits another, the other will retaliate thinking the first one will stop after getting what he deserved, but the first one hits him harde than the second one hits the first one harder, and unless someone stops it, they will fight to the death, but what if all the other kids take sides, no one puts an end to it, even the parents, teachers, older students, younger students, old people, take sides also?

That is what happens with a war, one country thinks another is doing something wrong, but the second country bombs them back because they think they are right, so all the other countries take sides, and no one gives up, no one lets it go.

think about it, every one would die, the earth would be unoccupied by human life forms, another animal would have a chance to become dominant, they would not preserv our society, they would wreck it and start their own, we would not be remembered, forgotten, like a little piece of dust floating on wind.

is it worth the trouble??

So long as "man" is ruling on this earth, there shall never be peace... it is impossible!

World peace is an unobtainable goal at this point.

There will always be stupid and/or crazy people in the world and some will be in positions of power.

The only reasonable goal is to try to minimize the damage that can be done by such people. This involves a lot of guesswork and attempts to keep them away from dangerous weaponry.

Attempts can be fruitless, dilemmas can be plenty and costs associated with some possible solutions can be outrageous. .

I believe it's built into us to survive. Unfortunately, survival from a DNA point of view means eliminating others in the quest for that.

We also have a working frontal lobe that gives us the ability to reason and deliberate. But with so many people out there, I believe it is impossible to achieve a common sense of 'can't we just get along'.

Idealogy as well as the survival instinct will always get in the way of that.

So we have to eliminate the things that make people lash out - poverty, disease, religion...

It's just not likely.

Is it worth "The trouble"? I believe it is. I believe it's worth it just for the journey of trying.

Peace, and good luck!

Real World Peace will not come till Christ comes back.

However a false Messiah will bring phony Peace, this false Messiah is The Anti-Christ and once he brings phony peace loads will accept him as God.

But the real Christ till come back when the reign of The Anti-Christ is over with.

Yes, it's worth the trouble. Human life is worth all the trouble
there is. Whatever it takes to preserve one or the species as
a whole is worth it. Human life is diffrent, mind you, from what
"humanity" has become, but just the same, nothing is more precious than life.

It might be trouble, but we are here and now. We must live until we die. I believe it was God's plan. The instructions for peace were written and taught but no one is following them.
