I don't want to change service providers and since Cingular took over, I'd have to change cell phones and sim cards and sign up for a two year contract. I want to just get a phone w/o a contract and stay in the AT&T network on current plan and pop in my sim card.

I am from Mentor too, i live in china all cell phones here are all unlocked can drop any carriers sims card and will work, how soon do you need one? i will be returning in few months drop me an e mail aldocaputo2003@yahoo.com

As far as i know any Nokia will do it,mine will take any sim-e-bay is easy to use otherwise and best priced.ktf.x

try ebay for unlocked gsm phones. lot's of good deals
