I have a problem with dents also and have been looking up how to pop them out myself on the net. The most popular suggestion I found is to use a hair drier and a can of air duster. Look it up if you like. First clean the site, heat with a hair drier and immediately shoot it with the air duster while holding the can upside down. This is supposed to cause the metal to freeze and shrink. Metal will pop back into place. I intend to try and use this myself. Might be a good idea to wait for a good warm to hot day. Metal may be more plyable.

Depending on how bad it is I would think you could simply take off the inner panel of the door and pop the dent out. But I don't know if it would work. I have heard of people doing it before, but have never done it myself.

As others have said you need a suction cup or a dent puller but with a puller you must drill a hole and remove door panel. Then you must body fill the hole and sand, primer and match paint with car.

pay for the repair. check if there is a paint-less dent remover service in your area. that should cost less then sending it to a body shop. but if it is a dent then you have no other choice then to have it repaired.
if it's just pushed in a little but no rigged edges to the dent then you could use a suction cup dent puller. they sell them at most auto parts stores.

if the dent is not creased too badly, a swift tug with a hearty suction cup will pop it....
