i am having trouble getting to sleep... any ideas on how to solve this problem?

btw - counting sheep just isn't cutting the mustard!

nothing really stressing out or anything or depressed etc... i am pregnant so it maybe related to that? just finding getting to sleep really difficult!

as i am pregnant i am not keen on pills... would rather a more natural remedy!

Stay away from caffeine or heavy sugars 6 hours pre-bedtime, don't eat within 2 hours of going to bed and try to lower stress levels as much as possible.

Dont drink/eat anything with caffeine in it (coffee,tea, chocolates)
after 3 pm,have a warm bath just b4 bed & if u have a partner
have some good sex (my wife tells me that helped her when she was pregnant).
A natural relaxer is valerian.

First, ask your physician. That's a normal problem with pregnancy. I found some sites to help your natural remedies request. Hope one of them will have info to help you be more comfortable.

go to the doctors or get a prescription of sleeping pills

try taking a warm (not hot since your preggo) relaxing bath right before you go to bed to help relax. also if you drink caffeine try not to drink any before you go to bed.
