In the 19th century, the answer would have been "working in a coal mine" or, perhaps, a textile mill. Of course, that is still the correct answer in China, India, or any number of emerging third-world markets.
In the United States (or other first-world equivalent) the answer would have to be some sort of solo-business enterprise. Labor laws in most if these places prevent the serious employment of someone so young.
Find something that interests you, and study potential markets for your work.

Shop your neighborhood for yard work, house work, painting, washing cars. Just get out and hustle up a job. there are many small tasks that busy people will pay to have done.

Other than babysitting, perhaps getting paid under the table for construction work.

If you are good with your hands, you could try something crafty.
I worked as a florist when I was 14...
$60 per wedding - I wasn't making a fraction what the girls who employed me were making, and it was long hours, but it was really fun.

you could make something and sell it, or start a small buisness like babysitting, or lawn mowing, stuff like that.
