For example I mean bands like Def Leppard, Judas Priest, John something from CCR, AC/DC, and Poison?

Sure why not! Somebody needs to fill the hole with talent that is lacking today, you think any new crap bands are doin it?! NO! AT least we know with the older tried and true bands , that we'd be getting something good.

Yes it would be nice if some of the rock bands from the 70's and 80's could come back. I don't particularly like the music of today. I am a 70's and 80's lover too!
I liked AC/DC, and KISS and ABBA and so many others. But unfortunately most of those groups are all broken up. I miss them.

Some have never left like U2 and some have already returned like Depeche Mode. Johnny Cash was a 1950's country singer who returned as an alternative artist and what an amazing return that was. If an old band can put out something convincing again then please let them return!

many of those still tour...in fact Sept. 20 at Darien Lake, NY Def Leppard is opening for JOURNEY!!! And that Wheel in the Sky will keep on turning!!!

Yeah, that would be cool...instead of all that yelling like they do now. At least in the 70s and 80s, the music was melodic. That would be so cool to watch the groups from the older days come back on top.........
