I was wondering if people actually read your question if they find your headline interesting? Because I've seen many with headlines like- Don't Read! And they seem to get more answers than someone who say Help Me!

"don't read" definitely catches someone's eye and curiosity more than "help me." If you want people to read your question, use a hook or something that would grab someone's attention.
