It depends on your needs. Arrange your preference while selecting mobile phone. The main preferences are:
- Music
- Imaging
- Light weight
- Fashion
In my opinion Nokia N-Series, and Sony Erricson Walkman Series phone are best. You can select any model of them depend upon your budget.

the sony ericsson w810i.. look it up
im gettin the phone tomorrowand iv done research
it has a 2mp camera
zooms up to 4 times (which is plenty)
looks nicer than the w800i
mp3 phone
512MB --- Holds up tp 20 full albums (now on different ites it says different things, on one site it said 125 songs, another said 250. someone left an answer on yahoo answers, sayin they have just over 200 songs on theres).. you dont need more space than that!!
good music and video dj where you create mini movies and songs
video camcording with effects such as negative, black and white etc
you can transfer files from phone to a pc with a usb cable
available in black and white
much more!!!!!!!
the phone is £180 on pay as you go. its great
if your looking for a new phone, you cant go wrong with this one!!! will last a lifetime!

The best new phone is definitely the Nokia N73. But again it depends on how deep your pocket goes... to actually buy the best

well i have the razr and it is awsome but it was $199.00 so ... but i don't know your price range ... but the sprint thi phone is awsome it is so thin and when you dial the numbers that you want to call it makes funny noises (its cool)and another cool thing is the games on the phone they are really cool ... go to
Radio shack or wal-mart or U.S. cellular or a sprint retailer
