This is the part when he thinks that he saw his father but in reality it was himself. Why does the white figure is shaped like a deer, and not like a human?

The paternus represents the father and Harry's father is represented by a stag (a stag is the name for a male deer, you probably know that but I'd like to be clear).

It is a little unclear in the film, have you read the books? The extra details in the original are easier to follow, (especially if you are a younger fan!).

*I think I spelt paternus wrong by the way!

The white figure is a patronus - it's a charm/spell to protect him and Sirius Black from the Dementors that are attacking them. Everyone's Patronus takes the form of an animal when it's cast, and Harry's takes the form of a deer (actually, it's a stag). That happens to be the same form that his father took when he changed into an animal.

Harry had gone back in time with Hermione to save Serios and Buckbeat. They were running from the wolf when Harry and Hermione saw Harry and Serious by the lake where all the demetors were. Harry used the spell, Expecto Patrolum while he was on buckbeat. It looked as if it was his father.

His patronus takes the form of a stag. It's supposed to be a spell to drive away dementors, not a spell to bring forth the form of your parents. In Harry Potter, it depends on who the person is when their patronus is formed so I guess it is possible that it could be formed into a human but in harry's case it isn't.I feel like a dork now.lol

Becuse the Patronus took the form that his father transformed into as an Animagus. This goes into the old like father like son.

his father's animal shape was a deer. harry's spell to fend off the dementors was also a deer. so it was kinda like a "chip off the old block" scenario....
