Go to the US Department of State website, and you can lookup things like types of electricity, local customs, vaccination recommendations, etc.

NOTE: You will need to find out not only if it's AC or DC, but what voltage AND what shape PLUG will fit there.

You need a European converter so that the plug will fit into the wall and a transformer, as the power is not the same. I only had a converter on my first trip & melted my curling iron the first time I plugged it in!

Go to any travel store and ask for a euorpean converter. It would be cheaper to buy a hairdryer over there.......Do not try to run anything that will have a lot of "pull" on it.....it wont function well
