This is a scam and has been running for a while, it is known as the 419 scam, or the Nigeria Scam or the West African Scam. They will ask you for money to transfer your funds to you, ie taxes etc but you will never see anything at all.
DONT' DO IT!

100% fake! Just imagine, when you have not participated in any lottery, how you can win. They are not such insane persons to drain out a big Euro amount towards you without any reason.

Most likely it is fake. Especially if it was an email! Do buy into it unless you want your money stolen or worse. Just report it as spam and no one from that address can send you anything anymore.

if a scam also ones from uk national lottery and anything saying they r from nigeria
visit wikipedia and look up nigerian scams and u will see a list of other scams there or look up 419 scams
