Mr. Enzyme, admit it now....you have a definite attraction to spam. You have mentioned it numerous times in your questions and answers. Sure you make fun of this fine meat product, but deep down you have an affinity for it. You probably even own stock in the Hormel company. We all know spam has a wonderful 'off pink' coloration. It therefore is the other pink meat.
Naturally hot dogs are the number one pink meat.
