I have found red-headed girls to always be hyper-sensitive.

My guess would be redheds too.
Their skin is so much more sensitive to touch, sunlight, everything.

I believe that there have been some studies on this topic but I can't find them. As I recall, the order was like this:
1. Albino
2. Redheads
3. Blondes
4. Brunettes
This was the overall findings but, as we all know, there are plenty of exceptions. I have met a few redheads and blonds who were not the least bit ticklish - much to my dismay. Like wise, I hav met some hyper-ticklish brunettes - much to my pleasure!
Skin pigmentation does play a factor in how ticklish a person is in many cases.
