It has been 3 weeks and it feels as though I am healed but the stitches aren't budging and are uncomfortable.

I had one that seemed like it took forever to come out. In reality, it was more like 6 weeks.

i had stitches with my last two kids . it took me about a week to heal for them

i thought it was only a couple weeks for my wife's to come out after our baby, maybe you should call the OB...we're not really qualified to answer those questions...
