You should be looking for your next job and helping them in any way possible till the door shut. If you land that new position prior to the doors closing than say adios.

If you want a good reference from your current employers, I would continue to be a good employee. Do your best to be productive for the company that is closing, It is a heart breaking time when a business closes for the owners and loyal relationships with employees mean a lot to them. You never know what the future holds, they could open another business later and want you back. In the mean time get out and look for other work.

Depends...do you have bills to pay? If you need the money, I'd start looking now. If there's any chance of saving the business, I'd start there. What a lot of people don't realize is that the employees make their own success. If you try to make a business succeed then you've got a better chance of success for yourself.

I think you better start asking yourself where your going to work next, I'm sure your employer is making the best decision for him or herself, its up to you to do the same...

You should be looking for a new job. While you're still there, do what you're paid to do...otherwise you're little more than a thief.
