I find Indeed.com to be the best of the lot because it isn't actually a job engine but an aggregator of most of the major job search engines like Monster, Career Builder, Craig's List and many company job sites.
I also find job-hunt.org to be a good location to find additional job search resources broken down by state and area.

It all depends on what you're searching for - menupages.com might be the best if right at this moment you're hungry and you want to find out which restaurant serves tortelline for lunch.
On a large scale, both comScore and Netratings reports point to Google being #1 search engine worldwide and in the US, with Yahoo! and MSN following.
