Do you put it underneath your bottom eye-lashes or above them? or in the pink spot between your eyes and bottom eye-lashes? I'm really new to make-up..

i put it on the inner part of the eyelid, where is it pink.what you can do is pull the skin near the eye down lightly, and apply the liner. but when you put it on, don't apply soo near the inner edge of the eye the edge near the nose, because then the water form you eye gets crusty, and the crust is black, or the color of the liner that was used, and trust me it is not the prettiest sight.

Don't put it inside the lid on the bottom-this makes eyes appear smaller and no one wants that. You can line your top eyelid above the lashes, but I find this hard. Instead, I line the INSIDE of the TOP eyelid. That always looks fantastic.

You can apply it under your eyelashes. Also on the upper lid at the base of your upper lashes (BUT NOT IN YOUR EYE). Never stick any makeup directly into your eyes. You may also want to take a look at some of the fashion magazines and note where the models are wearing eyeliner.

Putting eyeliner on the bottom is not so dated if you do it right and not like the 80's!!! on the inside of the bottom lid makes my eyes water jus thinkn bout it! I put it under the lashes and i dont use eyeliner pencils, i use brown eyeshadow with a tiny applicator and it makes it look smooth and soft..not cakey and dark.

You can put it under your bottom lashes, or under your eye above the bottom lashes. You can also put it on your eye lid, right above your top lash.

You can put it on the top eyelid and/or bottom eyelid. On the top- put it right above (or behind if possible) the lashes. Same on bottom.

Rirst of all you never keep it in the pink of your eye. Secondly, putting eyeliner on your bottom eyelid looks gorgeous, but it dries your eyes so it's terrible to wear with contacts. But, I prefer on that lid. I use Loreal eyeliner. The eyeliner goes everywhere. To the tips of my eylashes to my upper eyelid. So I would prefer that. Good Luck!

you can put it under the bottom eyelashes i put it on the top of my bottom eylashes and take it out a little into the outer point of my eyes it adds a look of maturity and sensualality but it really goes by how you think it looks on you like that so it is really up to the person waring it not written in stone how it goes

well there is two ways you can put it where your bottom lashes are or you can put in your bottom lid like where the bottom lashes are except inside... if that makes sense
