Is it wrong to sunbathe on a deck when your neighbor's deck is 10 feet away and they could see you? P.S. I'm not fat or ugly...

Its your choice to express your self in any manor on your own property, Keep it non x-rated and if they get eyestrain its because they are not minding their own darn business

At least check with your neighbor. Even if you say you arn't fat or ugly, some people just don't want to see someone sunbathing on their deck.

You should feel free to sunbathe on your own property.

Are you talking about nude sunbathing? That's a little more difficult. If your neighbors can see you, you should be sensitive to their being uncomfortable with that, especially if they have young children.

Your being fat or ugly does not matter.

It's all about choices. You choose to sunbathe or not on your property. They choose to look or not from theirs. This matter isn't like playing loud music that "carries" over to them. By the way, don't forget to use a good sunscreen!

It's your deck... so long as you're not sunbathing nude, it shouldn't be a problem, regardless of your physical looks.

no, even if u were gross fat and ugly... its ur deck and last i check no laws in the US about sunbathing on ur property as long as u not nude.

IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE! It is your deck. Just not in the nude. After all, common courtesy still exists!

As long as you are comfortable with it, enjoy the sun man! It is your space, doesn't matter what you look like, I know what you mean though.
