you mean the blower inside the house or the fan on the condencing unit outside... if the fan inside not coming on you may have a power cutoff switch to the blower thats turned off try putting the fan on maneul on the thermast that will tell you if it has power if it comes on its ok and the therm is bad if not come on ck the power to the fan..

Do you mean the inside fan that blows air into your house......or the big fan on the outside unit that cools the air?

it could be the belt being loose or tore apart.. call your repair man to check it out.
