No you would see everyone you love pass away, over and over again. It would be a continuous cycle of being alone. And you wouldn't be able to relate to anyone about the fears of aging and dying.

I don't know. The Sun will go supevova in a few billion years, which will do in Earth. If there is proton decay, I suppose that it is a mute point.
I think we should try to be the best parents, friends, and children that we can be. Even if there is nothing after our bodies stop being occupied, we'll have tried to have done the best we could do in the few minutes/seconds that we were here in the universal time frame.
We can only choose friends but not family--it is sad that we are usually all the meanest to family. Oh well, maybe try to work harder to be nicer to the kids and family over the next few weeks....
Neat question...

Well - the physical manifestation of the queen of all emotions Love - is the body which would wear out and die - and finally the soul would fly to the Star called Eternity where the lovers would meet to be one for ever at the Blue Event Horizon.
So my wanting never to die is only for my soul and the souls of my loves and while I may want to be on earth for ever - I do not think my body would be of any use without the soul which would fly away to Eternity.

No, you would be the loneliest person. Your love ones would grow old while you stay the same age. You would watch people die cause thats what life is on earth, we live and we die. I believe without this cycle, you would eventually go crazy and turn away from trying to make relationships because you know they would only end in one way. Death.

Only if I could stay at a healthy and wise age (between 32-58). I hate the thought of missing all the new technology that will come our way in the next hundred years or so... the technological changes I've witnessed in my lifetime alone have been absolutely amazing!

Im a God-fearing person and i believe Earth/this world we live in wont be around forever as it is now. If one would live forever, they will be around for the apocolypse and all those events and still be around when Satan and his forces end up on Earth and all the good are in the kingdom of heaven. I believe that when you "die," its not over. Youll still experience your conscience surroundings but youll be somewhere else depending on how you live the life God gave you.

That's actually a really good question.
And a hard one!! Lol...I'm not sure...I mean I guess it'd be cool if it were possible. Just think - you could witness evolution taking place, and you'd be alive in the future when everything is more advanced. You could experience basically EVERYTHING you've ever wanted to experience. You'd probably never be bored because you can't die! Lol. You could jump off a cliff and still be fine. Me, I would go bungee jumping and skydiving. :) FUN. So yeha that would be awesome my answer is yes.

This is a hard question, I would like to live forever, but if it would mean seeing all of my family and friends die around me, than, no, I'd rather die. Did you ever see the movie "Tucks Everlasting" The whole movie is about your question.

I worked for a company for 22 long years and was laid off for lack of work when I was 54.5 years old. They didn't want to wait till I was 55 so I could sue them I guess. Since then I have not been able to find a job. I started out with over 30,000 in savings. It's all gone. I have tried everything to find work. My unemployment benefits ran out about jan 2003 when George Bush said no to extending the benifit period. I quote him. "They will never find a job if you keep extending benefits." All he wanted was for me to be off the unemployment roles and not COUNTED anymore. I'm tired of this game. I'm ready to go right now. I really don't want to wake up tomorrow.

No but I would like to live a few hundred years at least. So 200-3000 Years just to check things out. But not forever.
By then I could and would have done everything I wanted to do. I might find things to do for an other 50000 years but sooner or later every! will make you board to death anyhow.
