Remember that this is a human being and she will be stuck with whatever name you give her. Make it something that people will know how to spell, so she won't have to spell the name all her life. Make sure it goes well with her last name. Say it together and make sure it sounds good, and is easy to say.

Why do you want to give her false hopes? Trust me, there are already too many "princesses" in the world. We don't need more to whine and complain about everything. Give her a name like "Gertrude" or "Beulah" and make her earn her respect. Like in the song "A Boy Named Sue."

I like the name Jasmine, my daughter has a friend as school by that name and my daughter says "her name's Jasmine like Princess Jasmine all the time" :)
