It's rather hereditary, like my family, majority of the women in my family had to get a breast reduction. Other women get implants. Also after having kids, your breast gets bigger and bigger after each child.

well...i know plenty who don't, but when women eat a lot of meat that's not organic, the hormones from the meat contribute to larger breasts.
