Try to find a facial cleaner with Neem in it. If you live near a Trader Joe's, they sell Desert Essence Green Tea Facial wipes with Neem, and those work well for me. I've attached a link with a picture. You can buy it online, I'm sure, with a little searching.

For me, I am blessed not to have acne and never really experienced it. But I grew up with a sister, brother and many friends who tried everything. They tried from urine to toothpast, and notthing worked. For me, I do everything I can to prevent acne. I am a very healthy eater. Foods you should prevent are chocolate, oily food, hamburgers, junk food, etc. Try to get rid of bad eating habits and drink more than 8 glasses of water a day, even if you have to force yourself. Many of my freinds say Pro Active don't work. My sister used to use a aloe vera face wash/ cleanser. But now she's on a doctor's perscription. I use CLEARZIT- really good stuff. I believe this can help anyone, you can find it in about any beauty store. Try to find products with nautral ingredients (aloe vera, peroxide, etc.) Also, try to buy a sauna, you can find this in Walgreens, K-Mart, etc. Use once a week, it would open up your pores and acne bnegins to clear up. Use a face soap or face wash, not everything you see on t.v. is good. Remember, everyone skin is different and is sensitive. I use a papya soap, I bought in a grocery store. Good Luck and God Bless You!

Actually the problem is not solely related to dietary indiscretions - rather a combination of things such as hereditary, large sebaceous glands, and large numbers of acne bacteria which are beyond your control. Wash your face gently, twice a day, keep hair away from face, avoid touching your face with your hands, don't use cosmetics or lotions. Eat a nutritious diet.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

Food and drink causeing acne is a common misconception...That was told to me by my doctor in the late 1990's..The best advice I can give you, and it worked for me is to use Tone soap on your face as the "acne cleaners" tend to inflame the skin...It worked for me and most of my friends.

Nothing you eat causes acne. That's is a total myth. What causes acne is Testosterone. Yes, women produce it too! And when our bodies produce the hormone our skin pumps up production of oils. Now, if our skin is dirty and plugged up with whiteheads and blackheads, the oils mix with bacteria trapped under them, and , You guessed it !! Pimples!!.
What has always worked for my oily skin has been washing with an antibacterial soap 2X's a day. Stridex pads work well for blackheads. For bad breakouts I use Oxy10

really you still beleive that because doctors hve proven that what you eat has nothing to do with acne. they also said that the onley way food causes acne is if you are allergic to that food.
