Areola - The color is just pigmentation which varies from person to person as it does in the color of their skin. Some people are just darker than others

i think that is part of your nipple and i know that people with darker nipple are more sexuall matured.

its called areola, and it gets darker when a woman gets pregnant. follow link and read.
