Avoid lactose products ! Use an antihistamine like loratadine syrup or a product by zytec. Substitute with soy milk.

If you mean for a baby, Lacto-Free Enfamil. The Soy formulas make the baby poo poo smell very stinky. If you mean for yourself, so that you can drink milk, use Lactaid tablets. Personally, I consider the tablets to be a pain to take, so we use Silk Soy milk at home. Vitamite is also a good milk substitute. It can be bought in powdered form from the manufacturer.

Rice Milk, Soy Milk, Active A B Live Cultures for yogurt, Tayo ( its a potato starch beverage), Soy Cheese ( yuck ). If you really want to eat foods rich in dairy try taking lactate enzyme pills before hand.

the pills are what my doctor suggested, and they work for me. i usually take like 2 or 3 at the start, or else if i have a big glass of milk or something, i take a couple with my first sip, and a couple halfway through. you have to take them right as you start drinking or eating the milk. also lactaid makes a milk with the enzyme already in it, but i think it has a different texture, but you can only notice it when you're drinking it straight, it works fine for baking or stuff like that.

In Argentina we have soy milk and milk without lactosa, is a powder like other powder milk but with less lactosa. (I dont know if 100% free of lactosa).

It varies from person to person. Some people do better with one pill while others prefer another. I suggest you just try them and see which works best for you.
