Phil Jackson inherited some fairly reliable skills yet he nevertheless were given the pastime executed in both Chicago and l. a.. Doug Collins inherited a nasty Sixers team and has became them round yet when Phil Jackson got here to Philly and began prevailing titles i'd truly provide him the credit. Tex wintry climate finally were given into the corridor of repute this 365 days because of the triangle offense although Phil Jackson did refine the offense and win 11 NBA titles utilising it so some credit has to take delivery of there. even as coaching the Lakers they nevertheless had to persist with a similar income cap and regulations as another team. it really is not Phil Jackson's fault that adult men like Shaq and Kobe needed to play there and that is sensible for him to take your day off following the ugly Shaq and Kobe saga. Phil Jackson ought to truly nevertheless be seen between the most proper coaches of all time, if he wasn't an awesome coach communities may have gained all of those titles with somebody else.

NO because every body knows Phi Jackson never put together a team . True he's a great coach but he never built a team from ground up. Not a lot of coaches have.
but I will always believe he was at the right place at the right time.
Ask Steven A. Smith the same question?

yes he does because he's the one responsible for bringing the triangle offense to chicago. jordan has no problem with the triangle offense, so is pippen. with the two happy with the system the core ot the team was established. jackson then did a wonderful job in filling up the pieces, he manage to get the players he wants in the system, players who are not great but good enough to do their supporting roles. yes he also did exactly just that in los angeles its just that it didn't work as long as he would have like because kobe then is not happy to play his triangle offense.

of course he deserves them! It isn't his exact job as coach to assemble the team, its his job to coach them. Besides whenever he left LA they done really bad and when he came back they were decent again.

Absolutely, he may have indeed inherited some great players. But it's good coaching that make them play together as "Champions".
