Relevant to your passion in life, where do you go to rekindle the fire? To the source? Some where to relax? How do you find your "theme music" again?

You will find your new "Theme Music " if you are ready for "destroy and create" idea.
I go to the park late in the evening, listen to the sounds of Nature.
I watch water, I walk the soft grounds under White Pine trees.
And I do not drink vodka, brrrrrrrrr, I drink cognak ( if you can't find the inspiration right now, you'd better laugh and start again, don't get too upset, Nature is very helpful and forgiving.)

what i would do is that i would take out our photo album, and go through the pictures that we took when we were our happiest....i not only take my memory back to those days, but i try to visualize them, smell them, even hear the sounds, and really relive the moment. That would get me buzzing....There is no point in trying to rekindle the flame if your torch is out....so work on yourself first.
Then when you're all buzzed, and really motivated, create a magical evening or just do something that you both enjoyed together, and that got u closer. LAUGH, LAUGH, LAUGH.......even if it's at yourselves being silly.
Don't mention the way you are with him, just let the moment be. Look into his eyes...touch his hand...play with his hair.....smile at him alot.
After you have sorted out why you reached the stage that you did....u work on it...But don't ask for his help.........he will come around and realize what you're doin, then he'll start working with you on it aswell.......if he doesn't and you feel you have exhausted everything on your side.....sit him down and talk about it. if that doesn't work.......suggest therapy.
Good luck

A quiet place is a good place to start, whether it's your room, a bench in the park, a walk through a forest, or on a beach, maybe even a church/temple/place of worship, whichever works for you... then you need to find the balance point inside yourself. What makes you happy, content, challenged, excited, sad, concerned? Take deep breaths. Then find somewhere in the middle where you can be to start from. Think of one step to take forward: clean your room, exercise more, resolve not to worry so much and take things one day at a time, re-connect with someone, disconnect with someone. One thing at a time, one breath at a time, pretty soon you'll hear it, from the beating of your heart, on rushing waves, raindrops, wind through leaves, baby laughing, your music will surround you. Smile, and face the world, feel the sun on your face, hear the music of life, pretty soon you'll feel the need to dance, baby. My music is loudest when I look at my six month old baby's face... : )

When I am lost I read the only thing I know to be true in life. That is my Bible. I turn on the radio and listen to that song that says "Carry your candle..for all to see it..take your candle...go light the world" about spreading our faith. I seek other people who believe in God for comfort and motivation. The Bible states that Christians sharpen each other like edges of swords across each other, so if you're lonely and cold reach beyond this world and find God in your heart.
God Bless You

I think if you have lost your motivation you have lost YOU. So you need to find yourself again. The same thing happened to me, and I lost myself for like 12 years. Found myself again just recently and I feel like the me I used too. Motivated, excited, passionate.

Talk to somebody about it. Try to find something or someone you enjoy. Have a day just full of happiness and set goals. The best thing to do is get somebody to help you do it. Someone to keep you going. Suck it up and tell yourself its something you have to do and then eventually it will come.

search your mind for the things you loved as a child/activities you
loved/smells and tastes,
then recreate those things in your present world/

i.e., when i mow grass, i purposely mow over a couple of oranges, cuz when i was 7 and 8 yrs of age, an orange juice factory was close to the peewee league baseball practice field

when you lose your motivation you go deep inside of you to and pull it out and once that first beat of your theme song starts go full speed to the end

sounds like you need a break. go on vacation, or somewhere you like to go for "fun" whether it's the mountains, the beach, the park, wherever so you can reflect, enjoy the moment, gain new perspectives and consider your options.
