By age 16 its about as big as its going to get and the average is between 5 & 6 inches. If you are longer, you're lucky and if you are shorter, no big deal, short ones usually work as well as longer ones....there are studies that say your racial group also affects the size--black men ARE longer, asian men ARE shorter and caucasians ARE in the mid-range. Its natural to notice other guys' sizes, part of being male, so if you are comparing you will find some bigger and some smaller. You'll also find some are cut and others are not and the shapes vary. The thing not to do is determine what is normal, there's quite a variety down there and comparing shouldn't be to determine whether you are "normal" or "adequate".

everyone varies in size, but the average is 5 to 6 inches

if it if 5 and 6 inches for a 16 yr old then i must be lucke cause im 12 and mine is 5 1/2 inches already and im being honest

There is really no "average" size......everyone is different. So you have what you're born with.........don't let it stress you out.......
