From the Christian view The answer is no, we are not worthy or capable of seeing God because he exists in a perfect form beyond the abilities of our sensory organs. I think there are exceptions though like Elijah and John the revelator.
you can feel his presence through the holy spirit but you must remember that the Christian view is that God exists in three forms.
The answer is also yes, but that is in a different body than what we have now.

please define your terms.
what do you mean "can"? do you mean necessarily? or do you mean "may"?
What do you mean "we"? do you mean collectively? or as individuals? is there a membership fee to be a part of "we"?
What do you mean "see"? see with our eyes? do you mean to ask, does god reflect light back into my retinas for my brain to react to the stimuli in terms of a vision?
What to mean by god? you didn't capitalize it, so do you mean any god? are you assuming there are multiple gods in the world? are you asking if any of them are visible?
What do you mean by "really"? are you assuming there is one reality that we all tap into, if we're lucky and are members? if so, who's perception of this one reality is the "real" perception? can we actually perceive this "reality"? do you mean to exclude the significance and meaning and value of other realities?
I think you'll find, once you become more clear and precise with your questions, the answer will manifest itself.
Questions are the tools, on which we carve out the answers from the block of clay that is existence. Depending on how the tools are weilded, the clay you remove will leave the answer that you want.
keep in mind though, that all questions therefore beg the answer. That all answers are manifest from the question asked.
The best methodology to ask questions is existential phenomenology. Read about it. They are the best tools, sharp and precise, comfortable and skillful. esp. compared to the bludgeons of religious questioning, or victorian-era philosophy.
Regardless, if you really want answers, you have dig and invest and delve into the right questions.

If you believe in the notion that "God is everything and there is nothing that God is not", then you always see God all the time. Everything and everyone is God.

The one who created you must have had part of his creation bestowed upon you. Therefore, you should not look too far in the quest. The one lives and breathes within you.
