You might have spyware or viruses taking up memory, or simply be running legimate processes (programs) that you don't need to be running. Try making sure you close all programs before gaming, and making sure there aren't any processes that don't look windows related in your task manager.

dont panic viruses are to destroy so its no virus you just need to turn some programs off just make sure theyre not needed for windows to run properly in other words free up some of your ram memory it helps

You could have a bad computer,to much space is taken up,you might have a virus anything like that.
