They -- somebody, I don't know who -- deleted my question, "Why?". Because it was too short? Beacuse it was too open-ended? Because people were afraid of the answer? Because it has no answer?

I don't believe people should have to give a long, complex question in order to receive a good answer. My question was succinct, to the point, and made people think, be creative, be imaginative, and be relevant.

I am still feeling jilted. Harrumph!

People should be able to ask anything they want. That is the mark of a healthy democracy and society.

Apparently you are under the impression that YAHOO is ran via a democracy. Yahoo is a corporation and as such is NOT a democracy but most likely a dictatorship. They can do what they want, when they want, as long as they don’t break any laws. If they didn’t like your question, they can pull it. If it broke their “rules”, they can pull it. If one of their rules states “no one can post a question who has “Pi” in their username” then they can pull it.

Actually, Yahoo is closer to a constitutional monarchy. This is where there is one ruler (CEO, CFO, President, Chairman of the Board, etc), but also includes a group people (stock holders) who can limit the rulers control.

It was not a question at all, for it had no subject to discuss. Read the TOS for this site. It would have to be deleted by Yahoo or yourself, no one here can delete it. I don't believe long and complex is needed, but a subject would be nice, so we know what to say. As for the answer to "Why?"....it's "Because I said so!" Every child should have heard that one long ago. ♥

First of all, you need a subject. And anyways, Yahoo! probably thinks you're chatting. That's against the rules.
