For a couple years I've been liking this dude named Jerejere. Then after school came out I had a dream that I was making out with my friends crush! What does that mean! Please Help!

have those kinds of dreams a lot, usually about girls I like and have a strong feeling they like me back. I say pay attention to them, because they do reflect what your thoughts/desires. Calm down and relax before bed for the best dreams.

It's just a dream. The way you interact with people in a dream doesn't always reflect the way that you feel about or deal with them in real life.
Dreams are usually symbolic. Your unconscious mind might be using this person or something about them to signify something else.
Only you know yourself whether you like this other person in real life or not. You can have a crush on more than one person at a time. There is nothing wrong with admiring and fancying someone, even if your friend does too - but if your friend is actually involved with this person then you have to consider their feelings.
Even if dreams are confusing, they are your dreams, you are the best person to understand them.

Absolutely nothing, but it would be rather curious to know how he popped in your little fantasy land. Did you have any interaction with this person within 24 hours of the dream?
If yes, then it's just an occurency. It's not unusual to see you mailman in your dream if you sawhim in the course of the day. Your brain randomly throws pieces of memory together during a dream.
If no, it means you were thinking about him for some reason..in ways which may not have been healthy, which would probably account for the dream.

Don't over-interpret the dream. You know you like Jerejere. The fact you dreamed about making out with someone else doesn't mean you feel any differently. Our dreams can go in all sorts of different directions.
