Eat a lot of healthy high calorie foods. Fatty fish and olive oil are healthy fats so include them in anything you can. Try not to load up on fried food unless you want to be fat. Eat a lot of pasta with a lot of olive oil in the sauce. Fry anything you eat with olive oil. Eat a lot of olives. Drink protein shakes and eat a lot of lean steaks covered in onions that where grilled in olive oil.

You can gain plenty of weight in days, if you eat a lot of BREAD and PASTA . Trust me, it works !

Working out and increasing your calory intake. If you simply eat more you'll simplt gain Fat. If you eat more while working out you'll gain weight and muscle.
