We aren't, although we tend to be hard wired for it. Once a man gets past the idiocy of youth, and it takes some of us longer than others, and decides to grow up, we can control it a good deal better. This may or may not cancel the feeling, but we can at least make it socially more acceptable.

not all men are. its just a common sterotype that says that men are always horny and will do anything for sex but as it is alot of mean carry along this sterotype maybe because they are hell bent on getting laid or they feel the pressure of society to carry on this sterotype but not all men are this way. true all men think about sex but not all men will to go extreme lengths to get it such as being a pervert. some men think about sex but go along the right paths such as waiting till marriage.

Probably for the same reason that all women are destined to spend their lives that way. If you object to that statement, then you ought not to say the same thing about men. People are individuals- not faceless masses who are all the same.
