internet explorer is used by more people than any other browser. firefox is relatively new and better in some way but not in others. when they get the kinks all worked out of firefox it will be way better than internet explorer.

internet explorer 7 is still in beta testing and many parts of it are still not functional.

★★ MICROSOFT PRODUCT DISCUSSION GROUPS ★★
◙ Here are hundreds of Discussion Groups for Microsoft products such as Internet Explorer, Outlook, Outlook Express and the list goes on and on. There is even a discussion group for the new Internet Explorer 7 beta.

◙ You'll need to signup for an MSN Passport Account to use these groups. But it's really worth your time. You'll receive better help here than anywhere. But if you didn't pay for the product it might be smart not to mention it here. If you want help that is.

Microsoft has changed the look and feel of its venerable browser, (Internet Explorer 7 beta 2) while adding some much-needed security features.

Microsoft has mirrored the look and feel of those other browsers (Mozilla Firefox and Opera 8) while adding a few unique features to IE 7 for XP SP2 (mostly borrowing from what we've already seen in IE 7 for Windows Vista previews).

Heads up though, if you have the new Yahoo Mail, it won't be supported when trying to login using IE7 and you will have to switch back to the old yahoo mail in order to check your email.

Tried all and still not satisfied ?. I think you should note down what all you liked on IE, Netscape, Firefox etc.

And give a request or feed back to any of those devolopers or microsoft itself to release their next version with all those features.

In my opinion, Opera and Firefox are your best options. There are other few minor players in this area, but I would not recommend for the possible lack of support for advanced web pages and plug-ins.

No such thing as "good" here....you mean which is more secure...that's the key....firefox is less likely to succumb to vulnerabilities. Each one has it's drawbacks....such is life on the net....Tell Bill Gates with all his billions to come up with a secure browser rather than try to come out with something to compete with the IPod....
