I've started to go gym 3 times a week. I jog on the treadmill and use the stations there. Will it help to get rid of cellulite and slim down? Or it will actually make my thighs become hard and have tough muscle?

Yes, your thighs will become hard and have tough muscle if you keep going with your routine. But they will also slim down and look more attractive. They will be harder, but it's the soft pudge that you are trying to get rid of, right? They shouldn't bulk up and get really beefy if that's what you are afraid of. You have to go every day and take dietary supplements (extra proteins) for that to happen. Don't worry, just keep going and you will get your desired results in 6 to 8 months.

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.

I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

Cellulite Disappear?

Dimply skin from cellulite is genetic, but it may become more visible from instigators like poor food intake, a sedentary lifestyle, low water intake, hormone changes, and greater excess fat. The dimples are due to fat pressing on connective tissue.

Cellulite ointments, supplements, and other treatments are not so efficient at getting rid of cellulite. The very best tactic is to consume healthy foods by eating a lot of wholesome foods, and implementing a well-structured workout program that involves both cardio exercise and strength training.
