PNAC is an ultra conservative think tank established in 1997 by a band of neoconservatives that now control the White House and many other powerful positions in the world.

Their goal is make America the global leader, and eliminate any threat to that goal.

Judging by what's going on in the world today ~ do you think the members of PNAC are profits or instigators?

I believe they are a bunch of spoiled, ego driven, arrogant, rich people that think keeping power in their hands is the same as keeping America powerful. They idolize Machiavelli believing that the ends justify the means and refuse to believe their own eyes when the means start to generate their own ends. In short because they are smarter than the rest of us, they are never wrong.

We have to remember that neo-conservatives are conservatives in the classical sense. A conservative in America is what is refered to as a liberal in Europe, and a liberal here is something akin to socialisml A neo-liberal is someone who is more like a european liberal. Their idea is that total laissez-faire, privatization of everything is good, every individual can pull themselves up by their own bootstraps if just given the right economic "incentives", ideology.

Neo-conservatives like PNAC believe in a elite, aristocratic, noblese oblige governance, ideology. They love the philosopher Leo Strauss (see the link below for his political philosophy). Moreover, they are advocates of the strict Machiavellian power politics of the state. The ends always justifies the means, and we'll tell you when were finished (meaning judgment can be held off indefinitely, knowing full well how nationalist history will be reluctant to paint them in a bad light) So, yeah, definitely instigators.
