let's say a,b,c,d,e and f are the digits in order
a = c/2
a = b/4
a+c=f
d=f/2
d=e/3
a+b+c+d+e+f=32
solving you get
a=2, b=8, c=4, d=3, e=9 and f=6
so the number would be
