Brits.....is it possible to say 'beer can' without sounding like a jamaican saying bacon?....

hey, great/funny question.... i tried with my horribly fake british accent, and it totally came out like a jamaican saying bacon. maybe dragged out just a bit longer....
just get your beer from bottles, kegs, or on tap! i like bass pale ale, isn't that from your homeland? damn bottles need a bottle opener, though, i keep forgetting to get one for my keychain. (i do have one at work though, for those "working with liquid" evenings).

Of course its possible if you are from London.!!!! Our accent is the clearest and most clearly pronounced. Okay okay dont throw those beer cans at me now!!!! Ill eat your bacon for my breakfast though!

I can, as I have a Scottish accent and that makes it sound like I am saying beer can in a Scottish accent.

ADD: if you say beer can with a posh accent and say the can part properly like you speak BBC english, then its just about possible.

I am thinking your strategy was to get numerous people from all over the world...to say the words in unison.....and the planet will vibrate with the words of Beeeeeeeeeeer can or baconnnnn....I rebelled and didn't say it...but its mighty tempting...good ploy...

if u live in Bristol - yes it is. its quite a strong accent down here in sunny bristol, ive just been sat saying to myself (theres something to tell my therapist about!) and i definitely dont sound like a jamican saying bacon.
I do, however sound like a complete idiot.
